A word from the Apostle
I, Apostle Vincent L. Greaves Sr., would personally like to thank you for entrusting me with the opportunity to share the Gospel with you and your ministry partners. It is an extreme honor to serve God’s people in all capacities across this nation and throughout the world. My team and I have compiled this ministry packet to assist you and answer any questions you may have about preparing for a ministry partnership. Apostle Vincent L. Greaves Sr.
Accommodations & travel protocol
Please read before confirming a date. Questions go to the executive administrator.
-
Air & ground transportation
All flight arrangements must be handled with our office to ensure proper scheduling. To ensure reasonable airfare is obtained, we ask that your ministry prepare the airline ticket no later than 6 weeks before the scheduled service or event date.
Ticket information should be emailed to his executive administrator at admin@vlgreavessr.com, and directly to apostlegreaves@vlgreavessr.com. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact the executive administrator at (845) 243-4254 as soon as possible.
All flight tickets must be full-fare, unrestricted First Class or Business. Apostle Greaves travels with his queen, Lady Patricia H. Greaves, on designated assignments; if so, please inquire about an extra ticket your ministry may select to purchase. There is no obligation to do so.
Airline loyalty membership numbers are provided by the executive administrator once a date is confirmed — they are not published here.
Upon arrival, we request that a representative of your ministry meet Apostle Greaves at the corresponding airport gate. If the Apostle is travelling alone, please send a male representative to receive him at the designated pickup location.
Should Apostle Greaves agree to travel out of state by car, travel expenses such as gas and tolls should be considered. Upon agreement, please send travel directions to the reserved hotel and to the event venue to his executive administrator.
-
Hotel accommodations
Apostle Greaves requests one non-smoking room with a king-size bed. The following hotels are permissible for reservations: Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt. Room reservations are preferred on the highest floor of the hotel, closest to the elevator. We also ask that a working list of nearby restaurants be provided.
We ask that upon arrival, the reserved room key be available to Apostle Greaves.
In preserving the integrity and reputation of Apostle Greaves, male representation only should be sent to pick up and drop off from the designated hotel. To preserve confidentiality and professionalism, please do not give out his room number or telephone number to any constituents of the congregation.
-
Ministry expenses
When honoring Apostle Vincent L. Greaves Sr. financially, his standard honorarium is $2,500.00 per service. We are willing to work with your budget to the best of our ability.
If you request that Apostle Greaves receive a consecration seed after he ministers, whatever you desire to bless him with, in addition to the set or agreed-upon honorarium, is at your discretion.
Honorariums will be discussed and agreed upon before confirmation of the ministry request. We pray that a ministry of your caliber would be gracious and hospitable while considering his travel from New York and his organizational obligations as Chief Apostle of the International Bible Way Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. and Senior Pastor of Christ Community Culture Center.
Remittance is by cashier’s check, check, or cash, payable to Vincent Greaves. Digital remittance details are provided directly by the executive administrator once a date is confirmed — they are not published here.
